It is recommended to wash LeMoutons by hand. As they are made of wool, it is important to use a dedicated wool detergent instead of regular detergents.

How to wash LeMoutons by hand:

1. Use a brush or an old toothbrush to gently clean any stains or dirt on the outsole.

2. Soak LeMoutons in lukewarm water for about 30 minutes and gently hand-wash them using a soft cloth dampened with wool detergent.

3. Keep your LeMoutons out of direct sunlight, but in a well-ventilated area. They will dry faster compared to shoes that are made of other materials.

Though it is recommended to wash LeMoutons by hand, you can also wash them in the Lanundry, but by using a "wool cycle."

How to wash LeMoutons by Laundry machine.

1. Place the shoes in a laundry bag and select "wool cycle."

2. Avoid hot water for washing, and use wool designated detergent.

3. Keep your LeMoutons out of direct sunlight, but in a well-ventilated area. They will dry faster compared to shoes that are made of other materials.

*Do not put LeMoutons in the dryer.

Wool material has a characteristic of being water-repellent. This makes it fine to be wearing LeMoutons in light rains or on misty days. However, like any other shoes, LeMoutons can get wet in heavy rains or downpours.

LeMoutons are made of Premium Merino Wool - they will not cling to your feet and cause discomfort, and dry faster compared to other shoes.

Although wool is often thought of as a "winter only" material, it has excellent ventilation that allows for a comfortable summer wear as well.
