The shoes themselves are lightweight and seem like they'd be very comfortable. However, the size guide was so far from the correct size, that both pairs of shoes are unwearable for either recipient. The return policy is so convoluted and expensive, that we've just decided to donate both pairs of shoes. Once the shoes had finally cleared customs on our side, we had less than a week to return them within the return window. It's a real shame, because they look like they would have been comfortable, but we just can't bear the complexity and expense of shipping them back and ensuring they can arrive and be processed within the return window.
